Devashish Bharuka is a Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India. He is a Harvard Law School LL.M. graduate and practicing law in New Delhi, India since 2001. In the year, 1994, he authored a book 'Judgment Locator of Patna High Court Cases (1950-1993)' and co-authored coursework on Dispute Resolution in Cyberspace for the Berkman Centre for Internet & Society at the Harvard Law School in 2000. Mr. Bhaurka is the Editor of the Pollock & Mulla, The Indian Partnership Act, 8th ed. published by LexisNexis in 2019. He is also the co-author of the book on the Indian constitutional history - The Indian Makeover: From Being Ruled to Being Governed” published in July 2023. He is a life member and former Jt. Treasurer of the Supreme Court Bar Association as also a life member and former President of the Harvard Club of India.
